  • Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
  • Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
  • Predict emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
  • Participate in the development of business strategy
  • Develop and manages business plans to achieve objectives
  • Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches.
  • Have segment-wide impact Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them.
  • Participates in the development of business strategy.
  • Develops and manages business plans to achieve objectives.
  • Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives 
  • Experience with managing projects involving 3rd parties toward achieving the internal team's objectives
  • Ability to navigate and negotiate issues with parties outside of the team's org structure/authority

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years experience in a large enterprise environment , including Project Management
  • 5 years Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment (Fortune 200)
  • Business Analysis project management (recent experience)
  • Professional PM methodology trained in resource management and opportunity management.
  • Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis
  • Ability to build and manage relationships across a large enterprise
  • C-level interface and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence decisions from top down and bottom up
  • Ability to create and revise Gantt charts, schedules, and identify &proactively address gaps in schedules and risks to on time/on budget delivery.
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Project, Power Point, Excel and Mini Tab

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) project management
  • Health care insurance background is a strong plus
  • PMP Certification or Scrum Master
  • Ability to understand SQL
  • Understanding of Life Sciences
  • Understanding of statistics
  • Post-graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.
  • Exposure to multiple PM methodologies
  • Process implementation & re-engineering
  • MS Access - ad hoc reporting
  • Big 4 or Professional Services experience
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving
  • Solid understanding of mainframe technologies
