This role will assist the Program Director in support UHC-IS efforts in program oversight of OMNI and NICE Application rollouts. OMNI is the next generation multi-channel user experience for both UHC and Optum customers through our Contact Center technology. Beginning in 2017, UHC will be expanding our implementation of the NICE application to include Recording and Analytics across multiple lines of business (LOBs).

Primary Responsibilities:
  •  Assist the Program Director with OMNI program oversight and management
  • Assist the Program Director with NICE Recording Migration and Analytics program oversight and management
  • Assist in end-to-end project accountability for all CCS (Contact  Center Service)  Projects ~ 20M
  • Work with finance and the PPM team to track project financials
  • Work with each of the project cross app PMs to ensure business case realization, benefits management and resource management are truly recognized
  • Assist program director in overall program risk management and escalation requirements
  • Work directly with business to help develop and understand business case realization and benefits management
  • Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
  • Mitigate risks and addressing project obstacles as needed
  • Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives - Influence cross-segment matrix teams to achieve business goals of growth and quality
  • Participate in the development of business strategy
  • Assist in managing large multi-year programs
  • Oversight of numerous projects across multiple lines of business with a budget of 20M of program spend
