Cedar Creek Hospital is an acute care psychiatric treatment facility located in St. John's Michigan just 30 minutes north of Lansing.  This new facility is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2017 and will serve both adults and adolescent populations in both inpatient and partial hospitalization settings. 


Cedar Creek Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Information Technology Coordinator to join our team of compassionate and dedicated professionals.  


This job reports directly to the Director of Facility Services. Core duties include investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions. Technologies to be managed include: server infrastructure, telecommunications, installation and trouble-shooting of all computers, multi-function and desktop printers and fax/copy machines, hospital paging system, computer security access and back-up systems.



Job Requirements
Minimum Skills, Experience, Licensure and Educational Requirements
  1. Associates degree in computer science or related field and/or equivalent experience.  Prefer Bachelor’s degree in computer related field.

  2. Prefer 3-5 years of experience in the field of Information Services/Technology.

  3. Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting computer system components.

  4. Excellent communication and time management skills.
