POSITION SUMMARY: Ensuring implementation of assigned projects according to contractual dates, through planning and monitoring their activities, in direct coordination with external customers, suppliers and internal customers. Ensure that projects are carried out efficiently, adjusting the scope of service defined by the standards and quality of ADP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform the preparation and planning of the project, according to the terms and scope of customer service defined
* Make the allocation of resources to implement the plan and corresponding project costing
* Communicate to other teams (external customers, suppliers and internal customers) involved in the project, scope, tasks and deadlines, and the resources to be allocated
* Monitor and report project progress, according to productivity indicators and comparing the front steps performed as planned, using the project management (PMI)
* Coordinate and integrate project tasks, monitoring the implementation of activities by internal teams, ensuring compliance with each stage of the project within the deadline and quality standards of ADP
* Ensure that all project documentation which allow proper implementation by implementation team, and correct operation is generated by the service team
* Negotiate deadlines and deliverables with clients in the event that there are deviations from the scope of service or delays in stages of the project
* Acting as a single point of customer contact

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* Educational background: Careers related to Engineering or Computer Systems Analysis
* Experience in the area: 5 years
* Specific knowledge and skills: negotiation skills, customer relations, experience in managing complex projects, financial analysis, communication, logical reasoning, sales techniques, knowledge of relational databases and systems integration. Technical project management (PMI), system integration projects. Advanced Management English
* Attitudes and behaviors: developed communication skills and negotiation, customer orientation and objectives, assertive, work under pressure and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and planning.
