Job Details

To sell Pfizer Essential's Biosimilar portfolio in a defined region. The biosimilars are within inflammation as well as exciting launches within Oncology.

Perform customer activities to targeted HCPs/payers according to marketing/sales plan to achieve sales and other targets. Identify and utilise regional opportunities and challenges to deliver regional sales in collaboration with relevant cross functions. **Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for sales of defined portfolio products in agreed region.

+ Selling priority products to targeted customers according to plan.

+ Analyse and understand regional business opportunities and challenges to make effective plans, execute accordingly and achieve set goals.

+ Constantly stay updated with regional and national healthcare system to be able to capture regional business opportunities and solve business issues.

+ Collaborate with marketing and other functions to ensure excellent execution of strategies and tactics.

+ Responsible for gaining and sharing customers and patients insights to inform effective strategies and tactics.

+ Create effective and focused regional business plans including analysis, priorities, targeting and actions to meet set goals.

+ Plan, execute and follow up effective customer activities in collaboration with commercial and other colleagues to maximise profitability and achieve goal.

+ Cross-functional working with Commercial, Medical & other functions to drive commercial opportunities for priority products.

+ Collaborate with tender manager, CPL and other relevant colleagues to execute and achieve set targets and optimise tender opportunities.

+ Manage and meet sales, activity and cost targets for own products incl performance monitoring.

+ Responsible for updating and analysing sales performance and customer engagement in relevant systems eg Pfire and Pforce to facilitate effective internal reporting, follow-up and business planning.

**Required education, qualifications and experience**

+ Experienced and knowledgeable in sales (min 3 years)

+ Strong regional planning skills and effective in execution

+ Business oriented with drive to achieve targets and objectives

+ Good understanding of the national and regional healthcare system, as well as key influencing points to impact in these.

+ Use analytical skills and business acumen to identify and solve key business issues and utilise key business opportunities

+ Fast learner, adapt quickly to a changes and show innovative capability.

+ Strong customer and external focus

+ Permission to sell pharmaceutical products

+ Knowledge in relevant disease area preferred

+ Knowledgeable and experienced in tenders preferred

+ Good understanding of key influencing points for tenders and formulary lists preferred
