**Position: KAM Lead - PEH Private Business**

**Division: PEH**

**Department: Private Business Team**

**Report to: Director of Private Business Team**

**Role Description**

Key Account Management-KAM Lead is responsible for leading Private KAM and Retail Chain functions to grow PEH Business as well as to work with Reginal KAM team in building capability of local PEH KAM team across channels.

The incumbent needs to develop strategic direction of KAM and Strategic Retail Manager's responsible accounts and supervise team members in identifying business opportunities, developing strategy/programs, and monitoring progress of projects/activities as planned. To build a strong KAM function, this person will be working closely with PEH Private Business Lead and Regional KAM Lead to maximize strengths and further develop capability of local KAM colleagues through an in-depth analysis of needed skill and motivation within the team. In addition, this person will also responsible for delivering revenue against financial target of accounts managed by their own and team.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Own responsibility for growing revenue and business opportunity of TH PEH key accounts focusing on 2 sub-channels: Private Hospital and Retail Chain

+ Play critical role in the development of metric driven - key account strategies that can be executed, promotional messages and standard programs to maximize PEH portfolio value across key accounts

+ Work with country team and Regional to set the KAM strategies and identify key successful factors via data analysis, workshop conduct, execution, monitoring and capability building and develop compelling value proposition/plan to maximize accounts potential.

+ Develop integrated key accounts strategy across a portfolio of branded to perform above market standard

+ Provide key account management expertise to countries via proactively identifying insights and ensuring alignment with business and brand & portfolio needs

+ Monitor and manage the performance/budgets as appropriate to support specific portfolio objectives & create a metric driven organization that can show a continuity and positive development curve

+ Build and maintain sustainability relationship with key customers, understand insight, work with team to come up with initiatives

+ Work cross-functionally/cross brands/support functions/digital strategy to support country key initiatives through rigorous analysis, detailed planning, flawless execution and metric driven monitoring

**Qualifications** :


+ Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical /Life Sciences related field

+ MBA or Master in MKT is a plus

**Working experience**

+ 3+ years of experience in Key Account Manager for pharmaceutical business

+ People management experience

+ Strong sales/marketing in both hospital and retail channel is preferable

**Technical Skill and Competencies:**

+ Business Acumen: analytical skills, strategic thinking, financial acumen (budget management, business analysis)

+ Demonstrated ability to build an effective team and develop talents

+ Demonstrated ability to drive new ideas/initiative and turn into actionable plan

+ Demonstrated ability to work under matrix organization which requires skill to manage cross-functional team, and good at managing pressure

+ Demonstrated ability to build valuable customer relationships

+ Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
