**Reporting to:** Sales Manager

**Location:** Field based, Sweden, District South and South West

(Sdra och Sydstra sjukvrdsregionen)

**Would you like to take part in driving the exciting journey to change dynamics of the Swedish vaccine market?**

We are currently looking for a new KAM to our vaccine team, with focus on the Southern part of Sweden. Vaccine is one of Pfizer's priority therapy areas. An area that offers many exciting business opportunities. Today, we have a portfolio of well-known vaccines on the market and an exciting pipeline on the way.

The aim of the role is to achieve required sales targets through delivering activities according to our national and regional plans. This involves calls on key customers, and may also cover non-prescribing influencers.

Achieve high sales partly through own responsibility and partly through cooperation with colleagues

A high level of knowledge regarding hospital and primary care is required in order to promote vaccines through planning and organizing of customer meetings and collaborations.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**

+ Responsible for sales of defined prioritized vaccines in assigned region

+ Selling priority vaccines to targeted customers according to plan.

+ Analyse and understand regional business opportunities and challenges to make effective plans and execute accordingly to achieve set goals.

+ Keep updated with regional and national healthcare system to be able to capture rising regional business opportunities and solve business issues.

+ Collaborate with marketing and other functions to ensure excellent execution of strategies and tactics.

+ Responsible for gaining and sharing customers and patients insights to enable effective strategies and tactics.

+ Create effective and focused regional account plans including analysis, priorities, targeting and actions to meet goals for sales, activities and costs.

+ Plan, execute and follow up effective customer activities in collaboration with sales manager and other colleagues to achieve objectives.

+ Responsible for updating and analysing sales performance and customer engagement in relevant systems e.g. Pfire and Pforce to facilitate effective internal reporting, follow-up and business planning.

+ Cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical & other functions within vaccines and other BUs to drive commercial opportunities for priority products.

**Education/** **Qualification/** **Experience**

+ Experienced and knowledgeable in sales with proven business acumen.

+ Strong collaborative ability

+ Strong regional planning skills and effective in execution.

+ Business oriented with drive to achieve targets and objectives.

+ Fast learner, adapt quickly to a changes and show innovative capability.

+ Good understanding of regional healthcare system and key influencing points.

+ Strong customer and external focus.

+ Basic computer ability

+ Fluent Swedish and English

+ LIF-authorisation ("auktoriserad lkemedelsinformatr").

**Other conditions**

+ The employee can by his/her manager or another direct manager be asked to take on other assign-ments than the ones mentioned in case the assignments of the group or department are being changed in terms of type and number.
