Position Description:

This position will be responsible for the creation, update and management of documentation for HR Services through a web portal application. This is accomplished by working closely with business partners both inside and outside of HR Services through meetings, presentations and project management. The Knowledge Base Analyst will also work closely with the Management team in the HR Service Center as well as the representatives on the floor to get a full understanding of their needs. The Analyst will also be responsible for providing recommendations for enhancements to the Knowledge Base and will take full ownership of content.

  • 60% Work closely with HR functional departments and fellow Enterprise HR Services team members to develop and support the HR Knowledge Base system; design and develop knowledge base content and support the rollout of information using change management techniques and training solutions and identify, author or edit HR content. Publish all new HR content requests using SharePoint 
  • 10% Develop and execute strategies to ensure HR information is communicated and easily accessible and participate in end-to-end implementation planning to include change management, training and support. 
  • 10% Conduct current and to be process analysis utilizing business and systems expertise and participate in appropriate steps during solution development lifecycle to ensure functional requirements are met and meetings facilitated with functional SME's and other key stakeholders. 
  • 10% Establish and follow work plans that coordinate the activities necessary to successfully complete Knowledge Base project deliverables on time and within budget and communicate and report project status and metrics with management. 
  • 10% Participate and facilitate focus group sessions and monitor calls to identify content enhancements.
  • Position reports to Manager, Associate Support 
  • No direct responsibility for supervising others.
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 4 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

  • Prior Business Analyst position within a large organization 
  • Excellent written and communication skills 
  • Solution oriented, creative thinker 
  • Expertise using HTML and Web editing tools such as Dreamweaver and SharePoint
