Job Details


+ Content & Document Management System- IMEx Program Continuous Improvement Loop, Sharepoint, Operating Standards, playbooks management templates, project "One Best Way" capture globally.

+ Lead/Coordinate IMEx Communities of Practice & Common Interest Groups (CIG's)- across Ecosystems

+ Define KM systems to share and capture IMEx knowledge globally

+ Develop knowledge repositories for IMEx projects, learnings, practices (eg. I-Nexus) to capture and share globally.


+ Provide business process development, management & coordination for IMEx Operating Standards, playbooks and CI Loop

+ Develop, document, coordinate Transformation business processes knowledge.

+ Facilitate the Ecosystem COP's to drive improvements to standards, templates, and communication of "Best Way" across PGS

+ Coordination of knowledge & change management across Ecosystems

+ Manage the Sharepoint knowledge base, establish & enforce standards including key documents eg. PDOCs.

+ Coordinate Ecosystem COP's standards, templates, and communication of "Best Way" across PGS

+ Develop knowledge tools, processes & reports for leadership.

+ Manage Global "One Best Way" IMEx Projects in system eg. I-Nexus


+ Document management, Sharepoint systems Oversight

+ BA degree required, system MS Office software certifications desirable.

+ Diverse experience within PGS and change management preferred as well as abiiity to work in global matrix environment.

+ Eight years of operations management experience required, KM experience preferred.

+ Strong facilitation, listening and communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to synthesize concepts and communicate at all levels of the organization.


+ Office environment requiring significant degree of autonomy

+ Ability to work with global languages, cultures, time zones- sensitive to diversity issues

+ Self starter, and well organized, with detail orientation, ability to multi-task with patience and professionalism.


+ May occasionally need to travel to NYC, Peapack other offices for support with documents, graphics development etc. locally.

+ Potential for infrequent conference calls outside regular work hours with global customers. Eg. 6-8am or 8-9pm.

+ Some requirement for travel estimate 30% potential.
