The candidate would be accountable for managing the marketing integration and creation of Private Sector content and materials for Latam.

 Our ideal candidate will:

 - Work closely with key internal stakeholders to understand customer and partner needs. The primary ones being the regional/theater marketing teams and the global and regional sales counterparts. The ability to navigate priorities and drive a coherent overall plan with demonstrable results is critical to the success of this role.

 - Represent Private Sector and secure insertion in campaigns & programs by helping to define positioning and messaging that articulates the value proposition for Cisco.

 - Support Cisco’s objectives while being highly relevant/engaging to the customers/audiences that they are targeting.

 - Create compelling customer facing content using templates and guidelines that adhere to brand, customer journeys, targeted personas, creative platform guidelines. This includes but is not limited to content such as blogs, white papers, case studies, social media posts, ebooks, infographics, videos, email communications, sales mailers as internal and external event invitations. Align these materials to activities in the market.

 - Ensure that all teams are testing and measuring the performance of executed content to ensure that it is impactful with Cisco’s audiences and are tracking to identified KPIs.

 - Work with the extended team to actively monitor content that is available or under development both globally and in other countries.

 - Review project documentation, messaging objectives, product and solution customer benefits. Be familiar with differentiation against competitors.

 - Contribute to the regional and global marketing community in your given topic area, share best practices

 - Track general business indicators, including market share, attach rates and competitor’s marketing and sales program activities

 - Work with an extended execution team to meet schedules for content development.


•   Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements:  (“Nice to have Qualifications”)

 Our ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years experience creating & writing professional marketing content (either B2B or B2C)

 • Knowledge and awareness of the latest marketing trends (outward focused)

• Technology awareness and familiarity with the market

• Ability to collaborate, lead and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrixed organization

• Highly creative with an ability to develop and manage engaging content for various channels

• Experience or familiarity with social media and digital channels

• Familiarity with all stages of creating a successful content campaign i.e. planning, strategy, execution and distribution

• Excellent organization and project management skills (editorial calendars, deadlines, vendor/agency management, budgets).

• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

• Comfortable collaborating with global/regional/local colleagues as part of a physical or virtual team

• Self-motivated and confidence to influence others

·       Basic graphic design skills desired


 Minimum Qualifications

● BA/BS in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field

● Comfort working with many different groups and building relationships across organizational boundaries (internal and external)

● Balanced analytical and creative mindset

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

Language fluency in country of position

● Working experience on content production and management tools;

● Ability to work and manage multiple simultaneous projects

● Desire to innovate and build processes from scratch
