**Overall Purpose:**



Responsible for designing and developing digital strategy and execution for strategic public safety vertical as part of competitive channel strategies, terms and conditions and channel marketing programs in order to enhance the productivity, revenues, and profitability of channels. Focused on Digital strategy and execution for Public Safety vertical.



This position is viewed as the foremost expert within the channel discipline and as an acknowledged authority within the organization.



**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**



+ Developing and designing digital strategy and execution of strategy.

+ Work with product teams, marketing team and ecommerce teams to build out compelling website and digital presence.

+ Develop Digital capabilities calendar.

+ Work closely with content team and marketing automation lead to build out comprehensive digital strategy.

+ Work closely with social lead to incorporate social presence into digital strategy.

+ Works collaboratively with product teams and other marketing team members for campaigns that drive digital engagement

+ Focus on driving opt in’s to maximize ability to market to public safety vertical

+ Identifies and evaluate digital new/emerging channels, resources, and intermediaries, and develops integrated strategies, plans and programs to leverage these opportunities.

+ Evaluates digital impact on strategic distribution channels planning objectives and strategies

+ Has deep understanding of customer personas and message relevance for each persona

+ Works closely with campaign leads to assist with digital elements of campaigns

+ Workings closely with team on sales collateral and content.

+ Ability to create content from templates in marketing automation tools

+ Reading out on digital experience and performance and operational reviews of progress related to channel marketing programs

+ Work closely with product and solutions team for new features, capabilities and be able to articulate them into a concise value proposition

+ Conceptualizing, designing, managing campaigns around compelling content to increase prospective customers path to purchase

+ Analyzing campaign effectiveness against well-defined metrics and learn and adjust

+ Building up customer testimonial content to be leveraged in all channels (i.e. Digital, print, social, etc)

+ Digital Marketing Experience and up to speed on latest digital marketing trends



**Required Qualifications:**



+ 6+ years experience in channel marketing programs

+ Digital strategy and ecommerce experience preferred

+ Adobe experience preferred

+ Requires advanced knowledge of marketing field

+ Proven ability to think creatively

+ Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms and tools

+ Data Analytics capabilities

+ Expert Excel and Powerpoint skills

+ Strong technical writer

+ Must attend citizens academy

+ Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts

+ Government Wireless sales and marketing experience preferred

+ Ability to pass a background check and drug screen



**Desired Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor or masters degree in marketing preferred

+ Knowledge of Public Safety and Gov't Vertical preferred.
