Description The Loyalty Marketing Team is responsible for the AT&T THANKS and AT&T Signature programs. AT&T THANKS is a growing loyalty program targeted to EG customers focused on base retention and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. AT&T Signature works to grow and retain consumers through our business-to-business relationships. The Loyalty Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketing execution manager to be part of our fast-paced, collaborative, growth-oriented team.



In this role, you will partner closely with our strategy team and be a key member of the AT&T THANKS marketing execution team launching integrated marketing campaigns. Your primary role will be overall responsibility for launching campaigns in paid channels, including social, search, digital, TV, in-theatre and more. In addition, you will help shape the program’s content strategy, including the production of video assets for use in marketing campaigns and digital experiences to drive program awareness and engagement.



The role includes managing a multi-million dollar paid media budget maximized to the benefit of the program, managing both the creation of assets and the flighting of media in market. Given the volume of campaigns, you will need to ensure all marketing efforts are on-time and on-budget and will assist with summarizing results for each initiative.



Collaboration is key to success on the team including but not limited to strategy, agencies, legal, brand, analytics, digital experience, etc. In general, you will be the key to a successful paid media and content strategy.



You will also work closely with the Loyalty Marketing team to ensure integrated campaigns and content marketing supports the program’s overall strategies and objectives.

+ Project management of all paid media to support integrated marketing campaigns

+ Overall responsibility for paid media budget and efficiency

+ Development of content marketing strategy and plan of execution

+ Management of agencies to support paid marketing and content delivery

+ Collaborate with strategy partners and marketing execution team

+ Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch campaigns

+ Manage program timelines to hit tight deadlines and budgets

+ Support go-to-market strategy and launch activities as needed overall



**The background of the successful candidate includes:**



+ 7+ years’ related marketing project/program management experience

+ Great at rallying partners to do the best work of their career

+ Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with a diverse range of partners

+ Ability to remain optimistic and keep the big picture in mind, amidst multi-faceted challenges

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

+ Ability to shape and harness qualitative and quantitative research to drive good decision-making

+ Ability to simply and effectively communicate complex concepts and research outputs

+ Ability to leverage multiple sources of data to drive sound economic decisions

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization

+ Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

+ BS/BA Marketing, Market Research, Finance or related field; MBA
