The Lead Clinical Coordinator provides assistance and support to the manager of the unit with issues involving staffing, scheduling, equipment and supplies, and budgetary needs.  They will work closely with the OR (Operating Room) Facilitator to ensure efficient running of the OR schedule on a daily basis.



  • Current license to practice as Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia
  • Current certification of Basic Life Support for Health Care professionals
  • Certification in Specialty area i.e. Operating Room
  • Graduation from an accredited RN program or nursing school
  • Completion of training program required
  • minimum of 5 years of OR nursing experience with 3 years management experience preferred
