Description As a Lead Content Strategist, you will have a passion for user centered design, complex problem solving, the ability to work across multiple business units, exceptional communication skills, and be able to bring ideas to life visually. In this role, you must be curious and empathetic while learning and driving different ways of working.



**Responsibilities**



+ Initiate and drive all UX copywriting projects from ideation, planning and launch through testing and implementation, ensuring that they align to our branded experience

+ Partner with internal groups and teams to foster a strong collaborative culture

+ Work closely with interaction design teams to align design features, taxonomy, and nomenclature

+ Manage all internal and external copywriting resources and vendors

+ Establish a close working relationship with the AT&T brand strategy and design teams to ensure full alignment with the AT&T brand vision

+ Develop and maintain editorial style guides, tone of voice principles, and any additional guidelines to ensure a cohesive voice across all products

+ Establish and maintain editorial and copywriting design processes to ensure efficiency, quality and consistency

+ Work both in a hands-on and oversight capacity across projects.

+ Work closely with various technical teams



**Minimum Qualifications**



+ Bachelor’s degree in English, writing, or equivalent and relevant major preferred

+ Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in brand, copywriting, or editorial

+ Experience writing UX copy across digital devices

+ Expertise in managing external vendors and agencies

+ Communication: experience giving design presentations to various audiences from different disciplines and levels

+ Leadership: lead/drive projects, anticipate challenges, meet deadlines and inspire the design team to do the same

+ Management: experience building and leading teams.

+ Receptivity: able to learn quickly and apply new knowledge adeptly

+ Agility: work comfortably in a fast-paced, changing environment
