Description The Executive Negotiator is accountable for the successful conclusion of contract negotiations directly with AT&T clients or prospective clients. Clients used to be prepared to base their contract on an AT&T MA/UA. It is now rare to use our MA and the client (with help from their consultant) are insisting that the contract has to be based on their version.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

The role of the Executive Negotiator is key to new business success in EMEA. With the increasing demands of the EMEA client base and custom contract and negotiation support required, there is consequent need from Sales for EN's to support their bids. The EN is one of a select bunch of professionals who see the solution end to end and can translate the client requests to the appropriate towers within our partner base (Product, NI, Legal, Billing), and then synthesize the output to be meaningful to our customers and negotiate the contracts successfully.

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

Knowledge of AT&T's business portfolio and operational support environment. Project management skills, especially of leading virtual teams. Experience with customers and understanding their perspective. Ability to ascertain risks, plan mitigations and explain the net risk to senior management.

Candidate will likely have 5+ years of successful working in pre-Sales environment.

**Education and Qualifications:**

Legal drafting, contract structure knowledge, negotiating skills, client exposure.
