**OverallPurpose**



This **Lead Product Marketing Manager** will develop and manage
AT&T’s IoT Security plan within the IoT and Security portfolio. This
product manager will join AT&T’s successful Internet of Things /
Machine-to-Machine (M2M) team, part of Advanced Mobility, and collaborate
cross-functionally with AT&T IoT Organization and the AT&T Chief
Security Office.



You will leverage your experience in
Cybersecurity, M2M technologies, and business partnerships to develop a set of
security solutions and help remove security as the #1 barrier to customer
adoption of IoT. You will leverage
existing AT&T assets in combination with new product development to deliver
capabilities that creates customer and partner satisfaction with AT&T and
supports revenue growth through our vertical line of business offers.
This position requires strategic planning, product design, product management,
and marketing program development skills. Business acumen, technical
aptitude, attention to detail, ability to partner effectively, and a passion to
win are key for this role.



**PrimaryResponsibilities**



+ Lead the IoT Security strategy to achieve profitable revenuegrowth for your solution area.

+ Responsible for the success of a product or group of productsthrough development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan including newand emerging products, technologies and/or applications.

+ Work with a cross-functional team to drive short to long termstrategy for AT&T to enter different vertical markets.

+ Deliver new products and capabilities to market. Responsible forentire product lifecycle through development and execution of comprehensivego-to-market plan.

+ Analyzes and defines market, including competitive analysis anddefinition of product functionality. Oversees market research, monitorscompetitive activity and market share, and identifies customer needs.

+ Direct and support cross functional team members in development ofmarketing communications materials

+ Monitor and assess competitor capabilities in comparison toAT&T, and anticipate customer needs and market trends

+ Work collaboratively with enterprise sales force to achieverevenue goals

+ Set business performance targets and execute on programs andproducts to achieve customer sales and retention goals and drive businessresults

+ Set and balance multiple and diverse priorities. Manage scope andprovide actionable guidance to ensure delivery. Ensure all deliverables areexecuted on time and at a high standard.

+ Give presentations to our executive and decision-making internaland external clients



**Education**



BS, MS or MBA preferred



**Experience**



+ 10 years Product Management or Product Development experiencerequired

+ 5 years experience in Information Technology role, or equivalentrequired

+ 5 years experience in Cybersecurity industry, or equivalentrequired

+ Experience in creating forecasts, business cases andmarketing plans required

+ Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams of businessand technical managers required

+ Experience working with senior management preferred



**Skillsand Abilities**



+ Technical understanding of cybersecurity and mobile networking

+ Able to write clear requirements

+ Experience with software and product development lifecycle

+ Able to develop business justifications for input into businesscase development

+ Experience defining and analyzing qualitative and quantitativemarket research

+ Competitive analysis experience

+ Able to understand business planning processes and adhere tobudgetary constraints and revenue objectives.

+ Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint securitytechnologies

+ Demonstrated knowledge of wireless data, devices and internettechnologies

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Demonstrated leadership & interpersonal skills

+ Well organized and strong project management skills

+ Analytical and strategic thinking

+ Able to operate in a fast-paced environment

+ Must be a highly motivated self-starter
