Description **Lead Marketing Manager - Video Marketing Strategy**



As a member of the Video Marketing Strategy team, this individual will be responsible for helping lead the development of content delivery strategies and other profitable growth strategies for AT&T within a small team environment. As AT&T seeks to drive long-term profitable growth and a differentiated customer experience, this position will be tasked with keeping abreast of customer needs to ensure we provide exceptional choice and value. This will require envisioning creative solutions to meet those customer needs while aligning with enterprise subscriber growth, revenue and margin goals.



Specific responsibilities include:



+ Developing and supporting strategic principles to guide enterprise wide decisions on content delivery, and utilizing analytics and financial modeling to drive fact based decision making.

+ Strategic thinking around revenue generating opportunities that leverage the AT&T Video platforms, premiums, sports programing and other assets to optimize revenue.

+ Supporting new capital requests and business case development for features vital to driving continued margin in the video business.

+ Coordinating with Consumer Research, Competitive Intelligence, Customer Service, and Investor Relations to track customer needs, industry trends and competitive dynamics, and to identify threats and opportunities.

+ Working with cross-functional stakeholders (including Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Programming Acquisition, Legal, Engineering, and IT) to ensure buy-in and proper execution of new initiatives.



**Qualifications:**



+ **5-7 years experience in envisioning and executing revenue and profit growth strategies (experience with subscription based services and Media/Entertainment industries preferred)**

+ **Demonstrated success in working to drive a business using inputs from customer research and competitive/industry intelligence**

+ **Proven success leading large cross-functional teams and managing various enterprise priorities**

+ **Self-directed, results-oriented individual who can handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment**

+ **Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited timeframe**

+ **Strong strategic, financial, analytical and conceptual skills**

+ **A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is required. MBA preferred.**
