Description Working as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating features and functionality associated with streaming video services, focusing on AT&T’s new and emerging technologies, products and applications. You will create product roadmaps, proactively create market changing services, while being highly responsive to changing market demands and competitive forces.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

+ Manage local market product information including pricing and market analysis

+ Author Product Service Descriptions (PSD) and Business Requirements for use by other organizations in order to delivery state of the industry products and services

+ Work with the Marketing team to understand emerging customer needs and to develop requests for new products or product enhancements including feature adjustments.

+ Primary owner of all elements of the product lifecycle

+ Includes ideation, development decisions, business case input, testing and analysis, market launch decisions and on-going product management support

+ Serve as the interface with the Architecture and Network teams on all aspects of product management

+ Serve as the interface with the Content Rights group to insure that terms and conditions with Content Providers are aligned with product capabilities

+ Identify, monitor and analyzes internal performance metrics in order to identify and modify features for continued product success and relevance in the market

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Five + years experience in product life cycle management required including in depth knowledge on data analytics and reporting

+ Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills

+ Proven ability to translate ideas and data into product definition and requirements

+ Proven ability to analyze support ideas and vision with tangible data

+ Proven ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously

+ Proven ability to successfully partner with other organizations including technology, Marketing, Content, Business Analysis and Technical Development teams

+ Strong written, verbal and oral presentation skills

+ Strong strategic thinking skills

+ Working knowledge of assigned product(s), company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures

+ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other standard office computer applications specifically targeted in the analytics environment including HIVE, JAVA, SQL, SAS, Hadoop, Teradata Aster, Teradata SQL Assistant, Statistical methods/concepts, etc.

+ Desired Qualifications:

+ Six or more years experience in Business Analytics

+ Experience in wireless services, data, and / or high tech industry--messaging experience

+ Experience in software development environments

+ Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them

+ BA in Marketing or Business preferred, with experience in technology arena
