Description Job Description: Lead Product Manager Role:



·Tracks key performance indicators for the Base Packages & Content Engagement teams such as base package upgrades, Connected Home, SVOD, DOG TV, VOD engagement and 4K viewership results against monthly and annual targets. Tracks HD Extra pack free and paid units against plan.



·Reviews monthly gross adds, penetration, downgrades, package migrations, package mix trends, and total revenue numbers for base packages and provides reporting of results on a regular basis.



·Creates monthly reporting highlighting all results for the Neesley organization.



·Evaluates campaign effectiveness and determines ROI for various tactics and provides recommendation for best usage of budget. Partners with Business Analytics to measure persistency, lift, and engagement metrics for various tactics.



·Tracks sales trends by package and/or service and monitors trends in activity from inbound call center sales, retail sales, dotcom, and outbound telemarketing sales.



·Works with Finance to create forecasting models for revenue business for the next fiscal year and reports OBTM actuals.



·Manages the Neesley budget against plan and works closely with each budget coordinator on the team.



oProvides input for budget initiatives requiring quantifiable impact.



oActs as a liaison to Finance for budget accruals.



oManages Contractual Marketing Funds on behalf of organization to ensure funds are being spent at an optimal level and has oversight of programmer spending.



·Works cross functionally as a stakeholder in pricing and packaging decisions for base packages.



·Reviews competitive trends for skinny packages with Competitive Intelligence and provides input to leadership team.



·Seeks best practices from other business managers in the organization.



Is a self-starter, problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Can prepare high level presentations for executives. Is adept with Microsoft Excel. MBA preferred.



**Required Qualifications:**



+ **Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) and 5-7 years relevant experience**

+ **Possess outstanding communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills**

+ **Strategic thinker and strong orientation to results and business priorities**

+ **Thorough knowledge of U.S. International consumer segments as well as in the Entertainment and Multichannel Industry**

+ **Experience within international segments a plus, specifically the Vietnamese, Korean and Filipino segments**

+ **Proven ability to partner effectively with diverse and cross-functional groups**

+ **Ability to champion ideas and execute in an expedited timeframe**

+ **Strong abilities to deal with tight deadlines and unstructured environments**

+ **Strong abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously**

+ **Sense of urgency and flexibility to face contingencies and unexpected changes**

+ **Proficiency in Standard MS Office applications**

+ **Travel required (up to 25%)**
