Location: Mexico City, MEX

Description This position is a senior advisory level position and represents the senior most level of client interface responsible for the development of fully integrated systems including processors, peripherals, communications, operation systems and applications software. As a result, this position will interface with senior managers of the business, including the CEO. Partners with Sales to deliver the customer's technology continuum. Matches client's IT vision with AT&T's vision and capabilities, identifying opportunities that solve business challenges. Shapes the Client's technical vision and strategy. Owns the strategy sessions that identifies, shapes and develops sales opportunities. May oversee Contractors and 3rd party Consultants to augment our W2 Consulting staff on client-paid engagements.



**Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Provide regional AT&T Consulting LATAM sales support including:

o Customer meetings. presentations, workshops

o AT&T internal partner meetings, presentations workshops, updates

o Opportunity tracking

• Weekly sales reporting

• Scoping engagements

• Generating Project Concept Documents

• Generating Statements of Work and CEAF’s

• Working with third-parties to obtain quotes for third-party services.

• Assist with global opportunities driven by other US or UK BDM’s.



**Key Competencies and Skills:**

• Responsible for overall AT&T Consulting client service delivery in LATAM, solicit customer feedback and ensure quality of the engagements

• Supervise LATAM team members

• Ensure completion of regular status reports, acceptance form and quality surveys

• Attend regular status meetings with client for active engagements

• Provide internal partners (NI, CSC, Sales etc) as a regional SPOC for LATAM consulting

• Assist with onboarding of new hires



**Education and Qualifications:**

Minimum 10+ years working experience in design, implementation and management of global enterprise network systems for a service integrator, global management consulting, technology services, or outsourcing company.

Graduate degree or four-year degree within either business or industry related field of study; Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT disciplines or Business Administration.



**Additional Information:**

The requirement for this position is to address increased market demand and provide AT&T Consulting sales support for the Global Client Group (Bolton) sales organization in Mexico and Latin America. It will have senior level technical capabilities that includes several years of experience.
