Who You'll Work With
Cisco’s Leader Success team is responsible for designing and deploying leadership assessment, coaching, and succession planning for all of Cisco’s team leaders. This team has built a reputation, both internally and externally, of offering the highest quality and innovative services for Cisco’s leaders. Their methods and innovations have been the subject of numerous articles, case studies and awards.

This team is mainly comprised of PhD psychologists with extensive global experience in the field. They are highly respected by Cisco’s senior leadership and the Board of Directors. The team has an excellent relationship with the CHRO and all client-facing HR business partners. Who You Are
The successful candidate will have an ABD, PhD or PsyD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred. May consider Master’s or Doctoral level candidates from organizational behavior and organizational development with human capital consulting experience. All candidates should have a strong educational background in statistics; an affinity for systemic thinking, and experience in executive assessment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organizational reviews, leadership development and acceleration, team building and executive coaching.

• Design selection systems for all levels of leaders that are relevant for a forward thinking, digital, fast-moving company
• Conduct executive leadership assessments; facilitate teams and coach individual executives.
• Contribute as part of a larger team involved with coaching, succession planning and leadership development.
• Manage whole or substantial parts of development programs, assessment processes or projects or interventions.
• Maintain and develop professional knowledge and experience at the highest level.

Qualifications and Competencies
• ABD, PhD or PsyD, in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred.
• Experienced designing selection systems
• Experienced coach or facilitator
• Experience within a multinational corporation and/or other large organizations
• Independent, enthusiastic, collaborative, energetic and innovative
• Effective presentation skills
