Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
The Learning Administrator (LA) is the face of customer service between his/her team and internal and external partners. The LA supports L&D programs which may include coordinating event preparation and logistics and calendars, coordinate activities with vendors, overseeing supply inventory levels, processing invoices and reallocating costs. The LA generates standard and ad hoc reporting to best support clients and is responsible for communication relating to the program(s). The LA partners with his/her manager on recommendations for process improvement to continually enhance the program(s).

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • 45% Coordinate event preparation and logistics; including room and equipment reservations, arrivals, departures, security lists, catering, class materials, training floor standards, supply inventory, etc. 
  • 20% Coordinate course/event calendars in Knowledge Depot.
  • 20% Respond to customer requests, build and maintain relationships (internal/external partners). 
  • 10% Generate standard and ad hoc reporting; may include processing invoices and reallocating costs. 
  • 5% Coordinate activities with external vendors.

Reports to Sr. Program Manager, Learning

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
