What You'll Do 

The Business Relationship Manager in Learning Services builds and improves business relationships at the functional and/or regional level. They use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions to support the talent development goals of the business. Data analysis, process knowledge, and relationship building strategies should be utilized to add value to the business partners and drive growth.   You will define internal business partner needs and develop innovative strategies to support their business outcomes. Ensuring specific and measureable targets are developed while monitoring and improving business partner relationships is essential. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will identify and participate in the resolution of complex problems and/or opportunities that impact the direction of the business. Managing the demand forecast and providing regularly scheduled service reviews to the business are vehicles that you will use to share progress with the business and provide insight to Learning Services. It is important for Relationship Managers to maintain understanding of current business and leaning industry trends. A key success criteria for a Relationship Manager is also the ability to proactively and regularly seek out new business partners in an effort to grow the Learning Services business while maintaining and evolving existing business relationships.


Who You'll Work With
In addition the rest of the Learning Services team, you will work with learning business partners, external suppliers, internal services providers, and industry experts. You will help co-design with business partners a broad-based learning services strategy that will support their business outcomes.

You will have a proven record of consulting, building new relationships at all levels within an organization.  You have experience helping architect innovative solutions that meet the needs of business partners. You are able to recognize how to add value to a business relationship by aligning services to opportunities. You must be a self-starter, possess excellent organization skills, and be capable of self-directed work and decision making. You thrive in an environment with an agenda for change, growth, innovation, and entrepreneurial behavior. Excellent communication skills including the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information is one of your strengths. You are an expert collaborator who works to build consensus. You stay abreast of industry trends an in effort to remaining cutting edge in consulting and the recommendations you provide. You have high ethical standards combined with a history of personal delivery of exceptional results, and an ability to inspire others to achieve peak performance.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, human resources, business administration or liberal arts or equivalent competence obtained through experience, coursework or training.
8+ plus years of relevant experience in Learning and Development
