What You'll Do
As part of the Learning & Development team, you will responsible for partnering with the L&D Manager, HR Partners, and business leaders to identify, prioritize, and operationalize integrated learning plans for Cisco’s corporate functions organizations.  You'll use insights on L&D and business needs, combined with your knowledge of effective program management, to help deliver fast, lightweight solutions to the business.  You'll be known as as a key partner to the L&D Managers to drive the team's outcomes.  You'll manage activities involved in the development, delivery, and measurement of learning and development at Cisco, which includes experience, education, and exposure programs.  From developing our learning resources to finding innovative ways to help employees develop at scale, you will be hands-on with the delivery of services to business leaders and employees.  You will make a difference!

At a minimum, we require:
● 5+ years of HR experience or equivalent experience in roles of increasing complexity/scope
● Demonstrated success managing multiple, simultaneous projects or programs
● Ability to make recommendations based on fact-based research and personal insight.
