POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the planning and coordination of key learning programs, internal and external events with varying levels of complexity. This position interacts with the learning leaders and associates to ensure these programs and events are executed on time and with quality. In this role you will execute a team and individual work plan and meet day-to-day or long-term objectives. The successful candidate possesses strong time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, negotiation and verbal/written communication skills as well as the ability to react quickly and calmly to changing or emergency circumstances.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Event Coordination: Plans and coordinates activities and events in support of learning programs and initiatives such as Associate Onboarding and Certification, Client Year End Seminars, ADP Client Conferences, and Client Certification and testing.
  • Publish Data: Produces and publishes relevant program scheduling and enrollment data and information. Provide preliminary analysis and actions for the relevant data and ensure proper follow-up is completed.
  • Quality Assurance: Manages program quality assurance, ensuring the timely delivery of effective solutions, the delivery of superior customer service, and the development and maintenance of strong internal relationships.
  • Communication: Communicates and collaborates effectively with cross-functional entities across the learning organization. Executes developed communication plans with stakeholders, clients, and others outside of the learning organization.
  • Vendor/Partner Management: Maintains contact with outside professional organizations and vendor groups that participate in or help to execute ADP's learning programs. Coordinates with the Vendor Management team to ensure that these partners are in compliance with ADP vendor practices where applicable.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and other related duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 1 year of directly related experience in Program administration or coordination

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education & experience in realted HR or Learning discipline.
  • Buesiness Expertise: Is skilled in a range of processes, procedures and systems to carry out assigned tasks or has developed deep skills in a single area.
  • Funcational Knowledge: Uses knowledge of how the role integrates with others to accomplish the program objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on practice and existing precedents or procedures.
  • Impact : Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the programs; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
  • Interpersonal Skils: Requires tact and diplomacy to exchange ideas and information in concise and logical way.
