ADP is hiring a Learning Support Specialist. The Learning Support Specialist coordinates and supports all logistics for The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC) related learning programs including but not limited to: project management, LMS administration (curriculum set up, participation tracking & reporting), enrollments, trainer and class scheduling, meeting & events planning / logistics, training material preparation, training program communications, and participation & metrics tracking. Manages StandOut platform administration. Manages TMBC's education programs deployment and materials and responds to calls / emails from associates regarding these programs. Support's TMBC's evaluation strategy by administering evaluations for all programs. A wide variety of ad hoc assignments will be assigned as needed.

Essential Duties &


  1. Participates in project management of projects
  2. Administers LMS (iSucceed) tasks, such as curriculum set up, assignment of learning assets to associates, participation tracking & reporting and administration of StandOut platform
  3. Manages enrollment process for all learning programs
  4. Trainer and class scheduling, meeting and events planning & logistics
  5. Coordinates the preparation and distribution of materials/content for programs and responds to calls/emails from associates regarding programs
  6. Administers assessments for program as part of the program curricula and supports program evaluation strategy
  7. Handles a variety of communications for programs including webinar meeting requests and enrollment invitations
  8. Tracks participation and program metrics for reporting
  9. Performs other related duties as assigned


  1. Education & Certification Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience with Major or Area of Concentration in Learning & Development, Human Resources or Psychology preferred.
  2. Experience: Over 5 Years, Up to 8 Years

The broad scope and workload of this position requires that the candidate be well versed in program administration and site logistics coordination, working with all levels of associates, experience with learning management systems.
