What You'll Do
The person will lead the Legacy Programs for Tokyo 2020 Olympic which create a long lasting legacy towards 2020 and beyond that is centered around Cybersecurity talent development, workstyle innovation, smart cities and innovation in sports which are aligned with Japanese government initiatives and contribute to accelerate Japan’s digitization.
The role includes ;
・Overall Marketing-led program management including budget management closely working with PMO in country and in HQ
・Establish and enhance Cybersecurity Scholarship Program for developing Cybersecurity talents in Japan jointly working with government, partner companies and academic organizations.
・Develop the curriculum and expand the reach to the target audience leveraging Cisco’s existing content and programs, and through the relationship with academia such as enPiT, Kosen, AITAC which are academic organization for talent development authorized by the government to built-in the Cisco’s Cybersecurity scholarship into the program
・Supporting the country’s preparation towards 2020 with new urban smart services and technologies
・Supporting national and Olympic agenda, for example: empowering women, innovating in sports, etc.
・The development of case studies, sales enablement tools, PR and content to share within Japan and Globally.
・Working with Global Olympic Program office to develop metrics and analytics for quarterly reviews.
・Interface with Networking Academies programs when possible.

Who You'll Work With
・The person need to work with both local and global stakeholders and program leads to manage and organize overall programs moving forward to the success of Tokyo 2020
・The work may include vendor management, contact / negotiation with partners, agencies, professors, academic organizations and also admin jobs such as meeting arrangement, scheduling, reporting, documentation etc

Who You Are
・ Experience in working as network engineer, or having equivalent IT knowlege and experience
・ Knowlege and experience to work for education industry, public sectors/government affairs
・ Advanced level of project management skill and experience
・ Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presenting to executive management teams in Japanese and English
・ Comfort working with many different groups and building relationships across organizational boundaries (internal and external)
・ Ability to initiate and drive opportunities independently, while operating in a complex organization, in an environment that changes quickly
・ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Education: 
• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
