Primary Responsibilities:
  • Communicates with a variety of internal and external individuals for the purpose of acquiring accurate and up-to-date information concerning WTCHP NPN certifications
  • Compiles data from a variety of sources for the purpose of preparing WTC NPN Certifications
  • Receives, reviews, and evaluates various documents for health related certifications
  • Review records for qualifying information
  • Contact members to obtain information pertinent to certification
  • Navigate codebook to identify qualifying coverage
  • Understand program coverage guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Trade/Technical Degree as a Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or EMT
  • Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or EMT
  • Medical Terminology knowledge
  • Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create, copy, edit, send, and save documents
  • 1+ year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the healthcare field as a Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or EMT    
  • Call center experience
  • National Career Readiness Certificate
