 This is a part-time position and looking for someone to work 3-4 hours per day, Monday - Friday during normal business hours for a total of 15 – 20 hours per week.  This is a telecommute/work from home position from anywhere in California.

We're looking for a Part - Time Licensed Chiropractor to join us in this rewarding opportunity!  Identifying providers and helping them to work towards a best practice scenario, you would enjoy plenty of exciting clinical challenges, an excellent benefits package, and solid growth potential. 


The role of a Part - Time Licensed Chiropractor, Case Manager entails review of clinical submissions (utilization review) and may require the applicant to obtain multiple chiropractic licenses. The role additionally entails peer to peer intervention and discussion with field chiropractors in an effort to ensure current best evidence clinical applications of care in an effort to assist the member/patient in receiving high quality evidence based care.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working with and contacting assigned providers via telephone to present our clinical support program
  • Educating providers regarding healthcare alternatives and applicable benefits
  • Making determinations of medical necessity for managed indemnity and PPO insured individuals
  • Focusing on the complexity, intensity and expected outcomes of the services implemented (not just on diagnosis or claim expenditure)
  • Assessing and complying with the members’ benefit plan design and customer-specific account instructions, as well as liability issues and federal and state mandates
  • Providing network education, negotiation and review of services rendered by non - network providers
  • Determining the case management plan's effectiveness in reaching desired outcomes and goals
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with team members, providers, and physicians
