*Role Description*

The individual will provide support to the PGS network and will ensure that the zero defects transfers process is applied consistently in the areas of risk management, knowledge management and process understanding as part of the Knowledge and Process Excellence (KPEx) function in Global Technology Services (GTS). This position requires strong facilitation skills, interpersonal skills and effective communication with GTS subject matter experts and site technical colleagues. A solid understanding of the principles of quality risk management and risk assessment processes is highly desirable.The main purpose of the role is to;1. Assure consistent execution of established tools to enable colleagues across PGS to capture, retain and leverage process understanding for both internal sites and CMOs2. Build the capabilities of the colleagues in the network by delivering targeted training. The training will be delivered using existing content in accordance with needs as established across the PGS network.3. Provide direct hands-on support for risk assessments for potentially 300 products currently and in the future undergoing a transfer.4. Over time, the ideal candidate will further develop and be able to independently manage these activities in the absence of direct supervision.



*Responsibilities*

1.Work with the site subject matter experts to generate and/or facilitate process flow diagrams in PI, cause and effect matrices and failure mode and effect analysis templates. 2.Facilitate risk assessments to support zero defects transfers3.Work with the project teams to secure and organize all process knowledge documentation in the process understanding plan format4.Work with the project teams to facilitate process robustness assessments.5.Work with project teams to facilitate API-DP risk assessments6.Provide training and coaching in effective use of the tools as needed, including (PI, PUP, ZDT, PACT, GTI etc.,)7.Upload documents to SharePoint, BOX and Documentum systems GDMS and PDOCS using the PACT tool.8.Develop the training materials for all the tools and ensure that all training materials undergo continuous improvement based on customer feedback 9.Support the PDC for GTI assessment for product transfers



*Qualifications*

More than 3 years experience working directly with PGS sites in a science and technology related to biopharmaceutical sciences including, practical experience in facilitating and conducting risk assessments, excellent project management capabilities and communication skills throughout all levels of the organization are required. Direct experience effectively troubleshooting and supporting site colleagues with Knowledge and Process Excellence systems and tools highly desirable. Degree in a science and technology discipline desired, but not required.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Standard office workNON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Some travel and non-standard work hours required
