Job Details

The Line Manager for Serbia & CBC is responsible for delivering the value of PEH assigned portfolio to key accounts through the development of constructive and customer focused relationship with relevant HCPs

Manage P&L for designated products.

Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with KOLs in the therapeutic area of responsibility

Planning and executing an enterprising approach to customers ensuring the expansion of product value within each territory.

Identify, lead and execute any meetings/conferences/symposium that benefit our products

Identify and Build relationships and any pre marketing with any new groups of KOLS needed for further business opportunities.

Ensure all activities comply with Foreign Corrupt practices Act (FCPA) and are fully compliant with Pfizer policies

Bridging between regional marketing team and the local team for successful implementation

To coordinate Medical Representatives.

Execute ad-hoc PEH projects

+ Marketing strategies planning

Prepare plans for designated products for promotional campaigns in line with marketing strategies.

Forecast short and long term position of designated products on the market.

Forecast advertising and promotion budget for designated products.

+ Market analysis

Deliver accurate market and sales analysis for designated products.

Prepare market research analysis when needed.

Consolidate information from the field and present it to the management.

Ensure effective implementation of designated marketing plans to achieve desired business outcomes.

+ In terms of people management, he is responsible for:

Coaching of sales representatives around their specific role accountabilities, in particular their selling skills and brand and customer knowledge.

Disciplined and regular management of individual performance to ensure that all team members' are contributing to their maximum capability and capacity.

Effective managing performance of their team by regularly reviewing performance management plans, ensuring alignment of own and teams' personal objectives against account plans

Use GPM to support Performance Mgt - maintaining quality and timeliness of content - objectives, IDPs, reviews etc.

Use compensation tools to properly reward the team according to performance.

Contribute to the preparation of bonus scheme basic principles and targets setting as well as target realization.

Develop people to improve their performance and building new skills for the future roles

**Qualifications (i.e., preferred education, experience, attributes)** University degree, MD or Sciences.

Deepened knowledge in healthcare environment.

Accurate knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and designated products.

Knowledge of Pfizer standards and policies and local legislation on pharmaceuticals.

Computer knowledge and familiarity in company information systems.

Communication skills, planning and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English.

Driving licence B category

He is responsible to lead and motivate the team, including recruitment, training, development and the management of performance to ensure that is motivated and is equipped with the knowledge, skills and support to perform and execute effectively.

He performs tasks and holds responsibilities for managing promotion of assigned products within the designated geographical area (Serbia and CBC) and develops complete marketing strategies to increase the competitiveness of designated products.
