  • Develop and deploy Digitized Value Chain (DVC) prototypes and proof-of-concept in each of the key sectors (North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America) to enable productivities of $180MM.
  • Build desktop, web, and mobile applications that enable DVC Move strategy through piloting key capabilities in the following Proof-Of-Concept: Proactive Route Guide & Real Time Visibility; Warehouse Centralized Visibility & Integrated Crewing; On Time Delivery and Real Time Synchronization; and Smart Parts Ordering and Augmented Technologies.
  • Develop advanced analytical models including Predictive Analytics and \"Natural Language\" conversion to enable actionable insights with DVC proof-of-concept.
  • Develop optimization algorithms to help solve business challenges and provide most optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology to ensure scalable and optimized production systems that enable DVC strategy. Manage external application development partners to ensure it meets PepsiCo technologies standard and DVC business strategy.
  • Develop analytical framework that insures sustainable and repeatable data processing, predictive modeling, and network analysis.
  • Develop advance and complex Oracle queries to enable DVC integration and Analyze and model PepsiCo logistics operations to identify gaps and provide corrective recommendations.

Job Requirements:

  • Masters (US or foreign equivalent) in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engg (any) or related field plus one (1) year of experience in a global logistics operations in consumer goods industry position.
  • In the alternative, employer will accept Bachelor's (US or foreign equivalent) in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Engg (any) or related field plus five (5) years of progressive experience in a global logistics operations in consumer goods industry position.
  • Prior work experience must include the one (1) year of the following: Desktop, web and mobile development experience including development skills in HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, d3js, jQuery, JavaScript, Angularjs, Java, ASP.NET, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Oracle, Weblogic, VBA, C#; and Transportation modeling (JDA Transportation Modeler) and heuristic algorithm development.
  • Prior work experience must include the following: Working knowledge of industry leading analytics (such as SAS, R, Python), for data mining, machine learning; and Database administration (DBA) develop, manage and maintain Oracle data center writing complex queries to support data needs across multiple databases or Oracle Masterclass Certification.
