Job Details

Liaison between the LSP, the LC Operations, the appointed freight forwarders and manufacturing plants .







**JOB DESCRIPTION**



1) Day-to-day Follow up **(55 %)**



Ensures that the LSP is executing the orders according to the set service levels and KPI's.







Ensures that the silverpod packaging process is executed according to the set KPIs & SOPs.







Has oversight of the serialization process and ensures it is executed according to the relevant SOPs.







Issue notification, management and resolution of incidents with relevant Pfizer and LSP stakeholders.







Management of change control with relevant Pfizer and LSP stakeholders.







Provides management and execution of LSP operations as detailed in the respective SOP and WI.







Accountable for the organisation of all material handling activities within both the component and distribution warehouse as well as PO management in line with the set budgets.







Slow moving stock review and appropriate application of the destruction procedure.







Provides assistance to the LSP providers for the execution of the EU sampling.







Supports SOP/WI creation & review.







Ensures appropriate GDP/GMP requirements are applied and met at all times.







**2)** **Monthly / Quarterly review meetings and Performance monitoring** **(10 %)**



They will conduct monthly review meetings with the LSP ensuring issue resolution and improvement. On a quarterly base they will support the provider business meetings to review performance.







They will ensure the LSPs are providing their metrics according to the contracts. Relevant reporting towards management will be conducted. In addition, action tracking, follow-up and closure where appropriate.







**3)** **Cycle count follow up** **(5 %)**



On a monthly basis with collaboration of the relevant departments, cycle counts will be conducted. Variances will be analysed and mitigated with the appropriate stakeholders.







They ensure that the monthly audit control for cycle count will be performed.







**4)** **LSP Budget follow up** **(10 %)**



They will be responsible for realising the unit object tives related to cost, quality, service, volume, EHS, RFT and for supervising warehouse activities and KPIs, including but not limited to;







+ ARIBA PO management related to the LSP activities



+ LSP actual cost analysis to ensure that budget goals are met



+ Replenishment / procurement of packaging materials for the LSP operations



+ Yearly budget preparation for the LSP



+ Support operational budget management



+ Coordination of the total warehouse capacity spread over different locations.







**5)** **Operational Excellence and project support** **(20 %)**



Continuous improvement in all aspects of the role through intelligent risk management and the application of OpEx and Zero Defect methodology internally and with the LSP providers.



Provide support for all warehouse related/impacted projects.



Active coordination and support to interdepartmental workgroups (third party service providers related and Pfizer related).

**QUALIFICATIONS**







+ **Level of Education** : bachelor degree, university degree or equivalent through experience



+ **Experience** : Ideally 3-5 years experience and background in GMP/GDP warehouse environment



+ **Budget management**



+ **Languages** : strong verbal and written skills in Dutch (mandatory), English and French



+ **Computer skills** : broad PC skills are essential. MS office Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, word are mandatory. SAP Warehouse management and sales order management
