Description The **Regulatory Compliance Tech** plans and participates in audits in the following areas: manufacturing, laboratories, utilities, quality areas, engineering, training, and other areas as applicable. This individual maintains the distributor license program on site. The Regulatory Compliance Tech is responsible to function as the primary administrator for the prep room during regulatory, third party, and corporate audits. This position prepares all materials in preparation for inspections, and communicates issues to the audit administrator. The Regulatory Compliance Tech tracks and maintains audit responses, corrective actions, and effectiveness completions using internal database, corporate database, and hard copy files. This position will assist in the training of employees in cGMP compliance and pharmaceutical knowledge as well as any other related duties essential to these operations or special assignments as required.


• Bachelor's degree with two years of experience within an FDA regulated environment preferred.

• Associates degree with four years of experience within an FDA regulated environment preferred.

• High School Diploma with six plus years of experience within an FDA regulated environment required.

• ASQ certification a plus.

• Working knowledge of cGMP's and cGLP's and CFR. Demonstrate knowledge of Hospira documentation systems.

• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of plant personnel.

• Proven ability to work independently or with team with minimal supervision.

• Must demonstrate ability to use Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

• Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-up.

• Ability to multi-task jobs with changing priorities.

• Ability to meet deadlines and goals.
