Assists in the training of Lean Six Sigma teams and in mentoring and coaching Lean Six Sigma leaders. Essential Job Duties: Works with teams to identify improvement opportunities in the system hospitals and coaches or co-leads teams in the use of performance and process improvement tools and methodologies. Collects data, performs process and value stream mapping and directly utilizes process improvement tools to assist in projects Assists in the training of Lean Six Sigma teams and in mentoring and coaching Lean Six Sigma leaders.
