What You'll Do


The scope of responsibilities assigned to the position:

  • Ø  Supervises activities of Security team with the responsibility for results in terms of customer service satisfaction, team development, resource management, delivery excellence and project delivery in quality and effectiveness
  • Ø  Acts as escalation point for customers and senior Cisco management on customers' behalf
  • Ø   Manages workload among team members, including implementation of innovative delivery management or capacity management techniques to enable profitability and quality for todays and further projects.
  • Ø  Assumes leadership role in the organisation and cross-functional teams to drive security service delivery and liaison with Security Business Group to improve product quality.
  • Ø  Identifies and works on issues that affect worldwide teams captures best practices in delivery and creates as well capture repeatable delivery methodologies
  • Ø  Aligns with local stakeholders to drive business growth and project profitability
  • Ø  Act as SPOC (single point of contact) for local sales team in scoping of projects and to serve needed customer requirements as part of the projects
  • Ø  Actively participates in field and customer meetings

Who You Are


The qualifications and personal skills we are looking for are:

  • Ø  Master’s or MBA degree
  • Ø  5+ years’ experience in leading teams consisting of 10-15 members
  • Ø  Effective people management, leadership, and conflict management skills
  • Ø  Skilled at building high performance teams and inspiring and developing people
    Outstanding ability to work cross-functionally and building business partnerships with customers
  • Ø  Seasoned understanding of security products and solutions in Enterprise and Service Provider environment
  • Ø  Experienced in identifying complex issues and resolving complex problems impacting strategic direction of the organization
  • Ø  Ability to formulate and deliver highly complex presentations
  • Ø  Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing; other languages would be a plus
