B. E Chemical with 8-10 years of Experience of Safety, IH

1. Performing Accident Investigation as per Pfizer Method 1 (M1) tools & finalizing the CAPA for compliance.

2. Coordinating & preparing road map for compliance of Internal, External & GEHS Audit Findings.

3. Developing & implementation of Standard Operating Procedures in-line with Pfizer standards.

4. Providing technical support for Hazardous Area Classification for electrical equipment selection & compliance.

5. Ensuring the effective implementation of Work permit System.

6. Coordinating with various consultants for technical discussion & guidance in support of EHS projects.

7. Performing/Supporting Risk assessment for new projects, process modifications.

8. Reviewing the PSI information's & providing technical support to the user department.

9. Supporting for the preparation & implementation of PSM road Map in the Site.

10. Ensuring & monitoring the progress of Site Safety Committee meetings.

11. Developing & preparing Action plan for the Industrial Hygiene road map Implementation.

12. Developing & implementation Industrial Hygiene procedures in-line with Pfizer standard.

13. Conducting QRA (Qualitative risk assessment) for the manufacturing Process & developing tracker for compliance.

14. Preparing Sampling plan as per QRA

15. Performing QNEA (Quantitative exposure assessment) & sending samples for analysis.

16. Developing Risk Control plan based on the exposure results.

17. Developing programs for ventilation measurements & action plan for the compliance as per industrial Standards.

18. Developing & implementing Respiratory Program in the site.

19. Preparations IH training Module & providing the training as per training need identification.

20. Plan for safety promotional activities to create safety consciousness and improve awareness.

21. Monitor compliance for all statutory requirements with effective tracking mechanism.

22. Supporting to achieve the regional EHS goals as per roadmap
