**ROLE SUMMARY**



As a member of the Procurement Business Process & Operations (BP&O) team, the Manager, Card Operations will be responsible for assisting with existing and new global Card Ops projects, including card program implementations for T&E, meeting, and pcard spend, card program expansions, and the support of existing technology solutions. Additionally, this role will support the day to day operations of the existing card programs globally.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Responsible for assisting with the management of the existing global program and future development of Pfizer's payment operations as it relates to our Corporate Payment Solutions (CPS) program



+ Contribute to establishing processes and procedures to comply with and advance preferred Corporate Payment Solutions policies globally, to optimizing usage of all preferred global solutions, to ensure operational support with policies and procedures, to ensure colleague satisfaction, and to leverage best practices to advance the overall program management



+ Collaborate with members of the external service delivery model globally to monitor the CPS program



+ The successful candidate will work closely with the Director Corporate Payments and the card solution provider to help to solve complex business challenges



+ Ensure policy compliance, identify gaps and risks, and provide recommendations to remediate



+ Leverage Pfizer global and local resources necessary to support on the advisement (e.g. Legal), assessment (e.g. Category Strategy Managers), and implementation (e.g. BT) of CPS-related programs



+ Support the operational interface between Pfizer and the CPS vendors regarding the card programs, emerging technology, changes in the program, and any other issues



+ Educate customers on the proper use of the card, policy information, and changes to procedures



+ Advise, educate, and serve as a resource for business partners and market-level CPS Program Administrators regarding card program issue



+ Provide support with data analysis to assist in providing meaningful recommendations for future opportunities



+ Collaborate on day-to-day operations with one of the most complex, long term suppliers. Partner with suppliers in relationship building







**QUALIFICATIONS**







+ Strong experience supporting complex, global solutions and programs



+ Expense management/accounts payable experience desired



+ Experience supporting complex, cross-functional activities



+ Candidate must have demonstrated proficiency in the following competencies: influencing skills, stakeholder engagement skills, problem solving abilities, decision making skills, excellent communication, and analytical skills



+ Understanding of financial payment products and models



+ Experience in creating and managing project plans for large, cross-functional projects
