Description:
ADP is hiring a Manager, Learning Marketing & Communication. The Marketing Communications Leader develops and executes Enterprise Learning brand and marketing strategy to move clients and associates from an "I have to take this course" to "I get to have this experience" mindset. Develops supporting communication strategy and playbook to promote the Enterprise Learning brand and value internally and externally. Manages marketing communications calendar to ensure timely and targeted communications to key stakeholders internally and externally. Oversees the team responsible for designing and developing a wide range of modern, engaging, dynamic deliverables such as campaigns, blog posts, videos, testimonials, town halls, executive and manager briefings, etc. Builds web and social media presence and actively pursues opportunities to gain industry recognition by applying for awards, securing speaking engagements and contributing to industry publications. Measures and reports on the impact and value of marketing communications initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Execution: Contributes to long range strategic planning for the department and Enterprise Learning organization. Defines Enterprise Learning brand and marketing strategy to support organization and business goals. Develops and implements plans to execute on department and cross-functional organizational goals and strategies Staff management/Talent Development: Recruits, selects and manages the Marketing Communications team. Assigns roles, responsibilities and projects. Conducts performance appraisals and makes compensation decisions. Provides coaching and mentoring and supports continuous learning and staff development that enhances individual performance and team capabilities. Relationship management: Builds and cultivates relationships with ADP learning leadership, corporate marketing, HR communications, competitive intelligence and other groups/leaders critical to the success of this position. Participates actively on learning & marketing-related external boards, advisory groups, local chapters, etc. to provide thought leadership in the market and bring an outside-in-perspective to the role. Operations, Process Improvement & Performance Analytics: Manages function to ensure high quality, cost effective output that positively impacts business results. Key operational functions include:
* Development and implementation of communication strategy and playbook
* Creation and management of communications calendar
* Design and development of wide range range of modern, engaging, dynamic communications deliverables such as campaigns, blog posts, videos, testimonials, town halls, executive and manager briefings, etc.
* Creation of web and social media presence
* Gaining industry recognition by applying for awards, securing speaking engagements and contributing to industry publications Captures and analyzes broad range of metrics to provide insights, demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience 10+ Years of Experience including 3+ years of People Leadership (direct or indirect)
