This position is responsible to design, develop and deliver digital measurement solutions that provide insights and findings into the effectiveness of Optum’s digital products and platforms to improve consumer experiences and business results. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Digital Solutions Technical team and the Digital Solutions Capabilities Team to help manage the front - end intake and deliver digital services across Optum products and services
  • Represent Consumer Experience measurement disciplines on digital project initiations / kickoffs and actively participate on program scrums and workstreams as requested
  • Identify digital analysis objectives.  Consultant on suitable measurement strategies and tactics.  Lead the development and growth of the digital measurement road map and the ongoing integration of Adobe Analytic solutions
  • Develop user stories that support member’s journeys and drive tagging requirements that feed technical specifications
  • Apply performance analysis methodologies that influence / support digital sites and campaigns
  • Develop benchmark criteria for measuring digital metrics through usage of most actionable KPIs, A / B and multivariate testing and segmentation in the digital space  
  • Leverage data to analyze on - line campaign performance trends to support the telling of the multi - channel consumer experience story
  • Provide thought leadership and consultative services on site tagging / tracking opportunities
  • Actively participate in the identification and resolution of Optum on - line digital experience issues
  • Spot and recommend new innovative methodologies to improve digital analytic procedures
  • Partner with other analysts and business partners to create and present cross-functional view of the consumer
  • Manage the status delivery communication of all digital analysis and Adobe Analytic report deliveries
  • Assist in educating internal clients on the benefits of digital marketing and the importance of online measurement & performance optimization
