Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
Ensure the company's compliance with all GAAP and SEC rules and regulations. Prepare/Review all SEC filings including the annual report, quarterly reports, periodic reports and any registration statements. Prepare/Review reporting/presentations for Senior Management.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
SEC Reporting (Annual Report, 10-K, 10-Q, Registration Statements)
Management and Board of Directors Reporting/Presentations
Technical Accounting Research/Support/ Implementation
Development of Staff / Lead team
Ad Hoc projects (presentations and/or analysis as requested by senior management)

NATURE AND SCOPE
Typically reports to SR Manager of Financial Reporting
Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. In addition to personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.

Additional Environmental Job Requirements:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 6 years

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Additional Qualifications:
CPA, or international equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:
Big 4 Public Accounting expereince
Strong written and oral cummincation skills
Experience in Financial Reporting with a large public company
Experience with multi-division, multi-national companies.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
