What You’ll Do

Reporting to the VP, Global Operations you will be responsible for leading and overseeing change programs for Cisco Capital, with a focus on global technology platform and supporting processes to drive operational effectiveness and enable new products and services. In this position you will partner with leadership to identify and act on opportunities to effectively implement a rigorous approach to problem-solving, identify improvement opportunities and convert transformation ideas into scoped projects that are subsequently prioritized, resourced and executed. You will be responsible for the planning, monitoring, execution, reporting, control and cost management of projects and the motivation/change management of all those involved to achieve the objectives on time. The individual will be required to complete a thorough analysis of the current state of the GBPM team and make process, structure, and/or an organizational change in a deliberate manner. The manager must also be aware of global trends and have the ability to effectively articulate any potential impact on Cisco Capital and design and implement appropriate plans to avoid negative trends and maximize the potential of positive trends. The manager must have the ability to anticipate required change in the business model based on market, internal and external trends. This individual must have experience in developing new capabilities and implementing them in a cross functional environment. Heavy experience in an indirect channel environment, including complex selling solutions, strong accounting knowledge, and high volume customer care environments is required


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current state of Cisco Capital global platforms and work with leadership to develop an appropriate change management plan that ensures the achievement of global best practices • Assessing current state of GBPM, ensuring structure, skill sets, and experience meet the requirements to execute dynamic change through integrated platform initiatives

• Effectively lead a global business process management team that delivers outstanding service to internal and external customers

• Maintain, and where necessary implement new internal control and quality assurance to ensure Cisco Capital properly reflects all transactions within its portfolio

• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to create operational and quality metrics that identify trends and fosters improvement in operational teams performance

• Create flexible processes for the systemic integration of new products and services, ensuring reduction of friction in Cisco sales cycle and Cisco Capital onboarding requirements

• Take leadership position in the development and execution of consumption and utilization system capabilities • Take leadership position in the development and execution of internal and external sales, partner and end-user customer portals designed to facilitate Cisco Capital business while improving customer experience Required Knowledge

Who You Are

You must have the vision and demonstrated experience to create and execute a global change program for a diversified global financial operations platform, with the ability to drive results across a global platform and to lead a global team and deliver on strategic and tactical goals.  You have strong project management skills and the demonstrated experience with the development and execution of consumption and utilization models, including the related accounting treatment for bundled products and pass through billing capabilities.  You have the demonstrated experience with indirect finance channel, including the development and execution of integrated solutions, along with experience with the development and execution of partner and customer portals. 


The minimum requirements for this role, are:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required – Master’s Degree and or CPA preferred 

• 15+ years experience in a multi-national operations environment

• 10+ years managing Financial Operations platform in a captive or bank lending/leasing organization

• 5+ years managing business analyst/change management teams in a financial services industry 

• Advanced accounting and financial subledger skills, including demonstrated experience developing solutions to improve capabilities in managing large transactional volumes in a controlled/systemic fashion

• Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Leadership team

• Collaborative style, team focused
