What You'll do
As a Manager of Cost, Productivity and Transformation team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Product Owners & Program Managers who are responsible for developing, documenting and implementing innovative processes and tools to support the needs of Global Supplier Management. The Manager must effectively engage stakeholders, build high performing team and create vision, strategy & execution plan for the transformation team. This role requires the ability to analyze both the quantitative and qualitative factors involved in any business problem. Responsibilities include building and leading a team that could to deliver a strategy and execute a roadmap to enables end-to-end supply chain excellence in the core areas of Sourcing and Global Supplier Management. The team Manager should also be able to provide leadership to drive change management across all levels of Supply Chain Operations.

Who you Are
Minimum Requirements
* BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Supply Chain Operations or MBA/Master's degree in relative field
* 10 years related industry experience in supply chain and operations management, strategy development and process implementation
* 3+ years management experience managing a team of Project Managers / Program Managers / Product Owners / Engineers/ Developers / Analysts / Commodity Managers
* Working knowledge of program management and the ability to coach direct reports on appropriate use of project structure to drive process improvement initiatives within scope, budget, and according to schedule
* Working knowledge of Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management in high-tech or other industrial environments is strongly preferred
* Demonstrated expertize in large organization change management
* Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and Agile development is desired
* Proficiency in the use of advanced analytics and data modeling
* Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment

* Ability to work without significant guidance and management directives to successfully formulate strategy and drive change in organizations.
* Working knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP ERP systems
* Excellent written and oral communication throughout all levels of the organization: process users, peers, cross-functional partners and senior management.
* Evidence of strong cross-functional leadership, relationship building and collaboration with business organizations
