This position is dedicated to the management, delivery and design of high impact leadership assessment and development programs across PepsiCo. As a key member of the Global Talent Assessment & Development team, the individual in this position has three primary responsibilities: (a) Managing all aspects of a leadership assessment and development program including communications to participants, managers and HR partners at each phase of the program, tracking progress and results and updating stakeholders, acting as a liaison between our assessment vendor and the organization, and collaborating closely with sector colleagues to ensure quality execution in the field. This also includes integrating and aligning program tools and processes with those of other CoE teams across the organization; b) Analyzing assessment and program evaluation data and delivering insights to stakeholders across the organization and to senior leaders. In addition, this role works with our assessment vendor to monitor global norms and provides input on scoring and reporting decisions; and (c) Designing and executing new assessments and high touch, innovative formal learning programs. In addition, the individual will support a variety of bespoke talent management and development initiatives. The individual in this role is also expected to remain active and engaged in external organizations relevant to the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology (e.g., SIOP).

  • 3+ years of applied internal and/or client facing external work experience in assessment and development.
  • Strong data analysis skills and I/O technical knowledge (validation, surveys, adverse impact, etc.).
  • Strong influence and interpersonal skills (executive maturity).
  • High attention to detail and execution. Demonstrated project management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong Power Point and SPSS skills.
  • PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field strongly preferred/M.A. required..
