Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE

The Learning Execution Manager (LEM) is responsible for the successful execution of learning and development solutions.  The LEM manages learning programs and processes to create a simple and effective learning experience across a complex and diverse set of client groups. Working cross-functionally with business, HR, and Learning partners, the LEM creates broad, scalable approaches to execute learning solutions. The LEM uses strong technical and analytical skills to forecast training demand, manage program execution, monitor budget and expenses for programs, and report on program/project effectiveness. The successful candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, deep project management experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills. 

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • 50% - Create and manage efficient internal processes to drive optimum program participation and execution 
  • 25% - Serve as primary point of contact and support for client groups 
  • 25% - Ensure a relevant, seamless, and impactful participant experience
NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to Senior Manager Learning Strategy.
This position has 0 direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 4 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Additional Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Learning & Development, Human Resource Development or related field
  • 2 years in retail industry or Home Depot equivalent
  • Experience in Learning and Development or related industry
  • Project Management experience with cross-functional teams
