Manager, Local HR Services
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for seamless delivery of the local HR services in scope for APJC Employee Experience organization. You'll manage the centralized Local HR Services team to deliver at the required operating levels and cater to the Regional HR admin and operational services.

Responsibilities include
* Operations:
-Responsible for load balance of the team, tactical planning, and the quality of the team deliverables
-Handle escalations and support, as required
-Partner with the Regional Local HR Services PM in establishing standard operating procedures for the team

* Performance Management
-Draft the local HR services team VSME
-Establish Key Performance Indicators for the team members for each of their responsibility
-Ensure the compliance requirements of the country are met and/or any risks mitigated and cascaded to the appropriate teams/Leadership
-Manage performance of the team to ensure service delivery at/above the agreed SLAs

* Leadership
-Identify opportunities of innovation and operational excellence in the team and improve the service delivery
-Extend program coordination and delivery support to region specific initiatives
-Provide regional input into enterprise plans (strong understanding of regional requirements and feedback)
-Consult and influence regional program implementation and facilitate best practices sharing, maintain a strong working relationship with regional HR and global COE and EES team members
-Long term planning for talent development and succession in the team

* Team Management
-Team rosters, hiring and training as required to sustain continued Local HR services in the region
-Motivate, collaborate and disrupt to drive the teams to success

Who You Are
* Strong Leadership skills, HR acumen, and ability to manage teams in a fast paced work environment.
* 10+ years of experience in HR Shared Services in a managerial role with a strong HR acumen is required. Prior experience in managing remote teams is desirable
* Strong interpersonal skills and influencing abilities

* Thrive in an environment with an agenda for change, growth, and innovation
* Ability to establish Regional-Global interlock with a span of team across multi-linguistic countries.

* Excellent written and verbal communications

* Knowledge of HR business, data and technologies, as well as MS Office applications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
