What you’ll do

Under this role you'll be managing a group of Financial Analyst/manager to support the P/L for APJC for Advanced Services (AS) and Technical Services (TS). You'll be also responsible to drive coordination with the regional Sales and Service Finance (SSF) organizations in all aspects of their AS/TS business (from forecast to cost allocations and P&L reporting). Under this position, you'll also play the role of coordinating the expense management and budgeting process of the AS/TS business and will be responsible for the regular tracking and publishing of key AS/TS metrics. Finally, this position includes the responsibility of enhancing and further developing the AS/TS business views and to work closely with the Service Ops team in the reporting and forecasting of the AS/TS business based on these views. 

Responsibilities Include:

o   Drive the Long range, Fiscal year, Quarterly Business Review across the Organization and ensure fiduciary compliance in all aspects of the business. You will influence change across broad areas of Cisco, by working with and leading a number of key initiatives.

o   Lead the month/quarter end process which involves P/L analysis, variance analysis, reporting the view to the business partners and providing critical updates to the CFO review process.

o   Act as a conduit between the Sales and the BE finance teams driving the monthly sales forecast and providing periodic insights to the team.

o   Influence and innovate financial models, and methodologies with the goal of profitability.

o   Partner with Business in driving critical transformational projects including pricing, new account movement, business critical services, aligning financial P/L to the new org etc.

o   Initiate and lead financial strategy discussions

o   Excellent written and oral communication abilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills

o   People management experience with disperse teams. * Previous complex project management experience and with a BE / Accounting degree (MBA highly regarded)

This role is part of the broader Advanced Services (AS) and Technical Services (TS) Finance organization and will interact regularly with all the members of this team. The role also has an important level of interaction with the regional SSF teams as well as business partners within the AS and Service Operations groups.
