What You'll Do

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Network Design & Modelling team. This team resides within the Global Repair Operations team but the remit of their work extends across the Global Service Logistics & Operations organisation.

The Network Design and Modelling team is responsible for providing unbiased, credible and efficient decision-making support for selected projects and initiatives.

The goal is to establish and develop an industry leading modelling capability that harnesses people, technology/data & process aligned to business objectives and priorities.

The manager for this team will directing a team of 4 individuals, optimising end-to-end Service Supply Chain design opportunities, creating a pipeline of cost reduction initiatives and create and lead the governance of prioritisation of these initiatives. This team has created their value with the existing portfolio of initiatives, resulting in significant ACE savings and the continuance of this process is critical for the success of Global Service Logistics Operations and Technical Services to ensure the continuation of this pipeline.

Global Service Logistics and Operations (GSLO) vision is to differentiate Service Delivery to enable acceleration of business outcomes for customers and partners. The GSLO team, provide advanced hardware replacement in more than 185 countries, delivering over 860,000 parts annually, handled through a network of more than 1400 depots in 124 countries which cumulatively house $11.8B in spare parts inventory. This supports a $8Bn+ Technical Services business. GSLO has one of the lowest expense to revenue ratios in a global benchmark.

The Network Design & Modelling and Connected Strategy teams will play a key role in helping improve and optimising the GSLO ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of leadership experience with background in supply chain
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s Degree highly desired

  • Knowledge or experience of supply chain modelling and data science
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills
