What You'll Do
You'll help our VP of Collaboration Marketing as the lead in Strategy, Planning and Operations. You will connect Collaboration Marketing with a broad set of cross functional stakeholders to help define, execute, and optimize Collaboration Marketing budgets and results  
 
The operational foundations of the team are already in place. Refinement of the operational cadence and developing a strategy around the ever-changing environment of Collaboration is required. You will help grow the business through strategic marketing efforts and outcomes.

Who You Are
You've got the experience in strategic marketing, delivery of long-term, annual and quarterly marketing plans, workforce planning, and on time execution of quarterly budgets. You should enjoy problem solving by connecting the dots with team members and the extended community, by asking questions and proactively investigating across the landscape for recommendations. You have excellent influencing skills and can manage a complex set of stakeholders. You can be agile and you have the ability to coach the org as you anticipate future needs within planning. You have the ability to learn our marketing strategy and will work to advance it. Develop with the team on what the org is going to do, keep team members accountable to delivering it, and report back on what the organization achieved.  

Our minimum requirements for this position are:
  • 7+ years of business operations experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting a marketing organization
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business
  • Previous experience developing executive communications and presentations. We need you to have really strong PowerPoint and MS Office experience.
  • Previous experience manipulating, presenting, and reporting data and analytics. Previous experience working in DOMO would be perfect!
