The Manager, Planning & Analysis is responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and reliable business quality management information and the running and enhancement of reporting systems which facilitate the production of this management information. The role encompasses supervisory trending and monitoring including outlier analysis along with the relevant commentary on those outliers.
You will be responsible for conducting semi-annual in-depth analyses of the business quality of each Prudential Advisors' firm, and providing the information to firm management for use in executing their supervisory responsibilities. Additional responsibilities may include adhoc supervisory trending reports as well as expense analyses. Analyses of supervisory trends and issues at the Prudential Advisors' national and territorial levels will also be required.
Excellent Analytical Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
Working knowledge of new analysis tools, such as Tableau, a plus
Able to work with various proprietary systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Time Management skills
3-5 years of report creation and analytics experience
Knowledge of Prudential Advisors structure and product platform, a plus
Knowledge of Pruco Securities supervisory policies and procedures, a plus
FINRA series 6 and 26 required within 6 months of hire
FINRA series 7 and 24 encouraged
